Absolutely! Pay the difference before Wednesday and we'll add the premium features. Most common: Essential → Professional upgrade to avoid penalties.

Yes! Every package includes Website Wednesday launch training. Essential gets 30 min, Professional/Platinum get up to 1 hour (or add Extended Training for team members).
You pay Webflow directly for hosting. Most sites use Basic ($18/month) or CMS ($29/month) plans. If you're on the free Starter plan, we expect you to upgrade to Basic or CMS for your revamped site. You own your site completely and can manage it yourself or hire us/anyone for updates.

• Launch timeline formula: 72 hours (3 days) for single-page sites. For multi-page sites: 72 hours + (number of pages - 1) × 24 hours. Example: 2 pages = 96 hours (4 days), 3 pages = 120 hours (5 days), 4 pages = 144 hours (6 days).
• Name server access is critical: You must have access or control of your domain's name servers (or provide support contact who can make DNS changes). Lack of name server access can delay launch and trigger penalties on Essential package.
• Existing brand assets required (at minimum: logo)
